HVAC Service Dispatcher & Administrative Support
Established plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) service business is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Dispatcher. We’re seeking an individual with minimum three years HVAC dispatching experience to work within our Service Department. However, we will consider training the right person. The person in this position receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service; determines customer needs and matches the appropriate technician to the need. They communicate the services to be provided directly to the customer; ensure work has been performed to the customer’s expectations and perform follow-up with the customer, as needed. In addition, they set up job files; order equipment and parts as needed for the jobs/service technicians; process permits; answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate customer issues, as necessary. From initiation to completion this person is responsible for maximizing productivity and profitability by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians and ensuring technical service work is completed in a reasonable timeframe.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Additionally, there are administrative, clerical and customer service duties. This position is full-time and requires strict attention to detail, prioritizing of work to meet deadlines and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced work environment. Prior experience with a construction or HVAC service company is strongly preferred.

HVAC Sales Representative
Redding’s is seeking a full-time, professional HVAC sales representative to sell HVAC equipment, generators and accessory products throughout greater Mercer County, NJ. This person will perform in-home sales calls, cultivate new customer relationships and manage existing customers. They’ll communicate services to be provided directly to the customer; ensure work has been performed to the customer’s expectations and perform follow up with the customer, as needed. Teamwork is a must and work hours may include evenings and weekends as necessary to fit customer needs.

HVAC Service & Installation Technician
We’re seeking a full-time HVAC Service and Installation Technician. We’re looking for an ambitious, hard-working employee who will work overtime when necessary. The Service and Installation Technician is responsible for providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products, including heat pumps, heating and air conditioning, gas and oil furnaces and boilers, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. The installation of new HVAC equipment is also required. Additionally, the person in this position promotes and sells additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the company.
Requirements
- Complete knowledge of HVAC systems with strong diagnosis/repair skills
- Ability to install new HVAC equipment and ductwork
- Minimum of five years HVAC service experience, including installations, repairs and troubleshooting
- Specialized training via classroom certification or on the job training in HVAC installation, repair and maintenance; type II refrigeration certification
- Hard working and punctual; willing to work overtime
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Must possess valid driver’s license and comprehensive vehicle insurance

Plumber
Established plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) service business is seeking a full-time, experienced Plumber. We’re looking for an ambitious, hard-working and knowledgeable employee. Candidate must be proficient with all facets of the plumbing industry, including but not limited to domestic water piping, waste and vent codes, water heater repairs and installations, sewer machines and hydro jetting, interior and exterior gas lines and all fixtures relating to bathroom, kitchen and laundry. They must have good communication and customer service skills; have neat, clean professional appearance; and be comfortable with working in private residences. Position would require plumber to participate on emergency call schedule and work overtime when needed.
