NJ Home Performance with Energy Star Program Incentives – Save up to $4,000!
Save Up to $4,000 PLUS 0% Interest – 10 Year Financing through the NJ Home Performance with Energy Star Program on High Efficiency Heating, AC & Water Heater Equipment & Accessories
Don’t wait! Funding for these programs expire June 30, 2017 or when the funds are exhausted! Now is the time to take advantage of utility company rebates or up to $4,000 through the NJ Home Performance with Energy Star Program (HPwES) for high efficiency air conditioners, furnaces, boilers and heat pumps. The programs can be VERY confusing and change often. New Jersey homeowners now have until June 30, 2017 to receive up to $4,000 in financial incentives (not to exceed 50% of the total project cost of the eligible measures). Below is some information for PSE&G and Elizabethtown Gas customers. To be eligible for HPwES incentives, a homeowner must have a home assessment (audit) performed by a certified contractor like Redding’s. PSE&G Customers

Warm Advantage Program offers the following rebates on equipment that meets specific efficiency requirements: Up to $500 for furnaces, up to $500 for water heaters and up to $950 if you purchase a furnace and water heater combination. Up to $700 is available for an eligible boiler and water heater combination. Up to $500 for eligible ductless mini-splits or heat pumps. *Funding is available through June 30, 2017 or until funds are exhausted.

Cool Advantage Program offers rebates up to $500 for air source heat pumps, up to $500 for ductless mini-splits or heat pumps and up to $500 for a geothermal heat pump. *Funding is available through June 30, 2017 or until funds are exhausted.

Elizabethtown Gas Customers

Warm Advantage Program offers the following rebates on high-efficiency equipment that meets specific efficiency requirements: Up to $500 for furnaces, $300 for boilers, $500 water heaters and $1,000 if you purchase a combination of a qualifying furnace with water heater or boiler with water heater. *Funding is available through June 30, 2017 or until funds are exhausted.

NJ Home Performance with Energy Star Program (HPwES)offers up to $4,000 if you meet specific energy savings. You may also qualify for 0% interest financing (up to $10,000 with a 7-year maximum term) or 4.99% financing (up to $15,000 with a 10-year maximum term) to assist with this upgrade. This requires a Home Energy Audit be performed by a BPI accredited company like Redding’s and specific high efficiency improvements made including air sealing. *Funding is available through June 30, 2017.

Manufacturer Rebates – When available, contact Redding’s for details.Elizabethtown Gas energy SMART program offers the following rebates, in addition to the Warm Advantage Program, on equipment that meets specific efficiency requirements: Up to $250 on a furnace, $300 on a boiler, $200 on a water heater, $450 on a furnace/water heater combination and $500 on a boiler/water heater combination.
*Note: Enrolled projects are those where an HPwES audit was completed, the proposed measures were entered into the program’s software by a HPwES participating contractor, and the project cost, loan (if selected), and the rebate amounts are determined based on the total energy savings as a result of the proposed measures.
