The Building Performance Institute (BPI) is the nation’s premier building performance credentialing, quality assurance, and national standards setting organization. BPI supports the development of a highly professional building performance industry through individual and organizational credentialing and a rigorous quality assurance program. Redding’s is a BPI Gold Star Accredited Contractor, which allows us to take part in helping customers benefit through New Jersey’s Home Performance with Energy Star Program.

The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) is a National Association, which was formed in 1883, that provides legislative advocacy, education and training to more than 4,000 plumbing and HVAC businesses and 80,000 technicians. Members of PHCC have access to a wide variety of services designed to increase their professionalism and grow their business.

The Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) serves the unique needs of approximately 2,300 firms involved in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, piping, and mechanical service. They provide members with high-quality educational materials and programs to help them attain the highest level of managerial and technical expertise.
North American Technician Excellence Inc.
North American Technician Excellence Inc. is an independent, third-party certification body for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) technicians. This leading certification program is the only certification supported by the entire (HVAC/R) industry. Candidates can earn installation and/or service certification in five specialty areas: air-conditioning, air distribution, heat pumps, gas heating & oil heating. A number of Redding’s installers and service men have achieved this rigorous certification.
LEED GREEN Associate
The Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) administers credentialing programs that measure and improve the performance of buildings and communities as defined by industry systems such as the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System.
Soroptimist
Founded in 1921, Soroptimist is an international organization for business and professional women who provide volunteer service to their communities.
