Our Plan Includes a Performance Inspection + 22-Point Precision Tune-Up
It starts with a thorough cleaning and inspection of the heater and/or air conditioning unit(s) once during the coverage year. Access to the equipment is required. At the time, we also perform the following 22-Point Precision Tune-Up:
- Check operating temperatures (evaporator temp drop)
- Check voltage of outdoor compressor
- Check and adjust supply and return vents if required
- Inspect motors and if necessary lubricate moving parts
- Clean or replace standard air filter
- Check low voltage wiring and contactor
- Inspect condensate line
- Inspect condensate pump if applicable
- Check and if needed tighten all electrical connections
- Check for visual refrigerant leaks
- Check and if necessary adjust thermostat calibration
- Test humidistat operation if applicable
- Check cleanliness of ductwork
- Test safety and control circuits for proper operation
- Test float switch if applicable
- Inspect electronic air cleaners if applicable
- Check temperature differential
- Check fan motor amperage draw

It’s easy! Just download the maintenance agreement, complete the necessary areas and mail it to Redding’s at 759 State Road, Princeton, NJ 08540, along with your payment. You can also scan and e-mail it to service@reddings.com or fax it to Redding’s at 609-924-5803 and we’ll mail you an invoice. Once we receive your signed maintenance agreement, we’ll call you schedule your Air Conditioner Tune-Up. You may also call us to schedule if you prefer at 609-924-0166.
